Ian has over twenty five years experience in the field of FF&E and OS&E procurement having worked with two of the largest companies in the procurement industry and has been involved in some of the Middle East’s most iconic projects including Burj Al Arab, Qatar Convention Centre and Kapsarc Residential compound in Saudi Arabia.
Ian spent fourteen years as Regional Director of Cairncross Martin LLC (CCM) before opening his own consultancy “The FF&E Company FZE” in January 2018. During his time with CCM he was responsible for the successful completion of projects in the Middle East, Africa, Indian Ocean and Philippines.
Since The FF&E Company FZE opened, it has completed two hotel projects for JA RESORTS – The award winning Lakeview Hotel and the refurbishment of the original Beach Hotel at Jebel Ali in Dubai. It has also completed FF&E design , procurement and installation for a forty villa boutique hotel for RODA Hotels Dubai.

June McDonald is the Design end of FF&E International. An interior Designer with over 25 years experience in the Luxury Interior Design and Hospitality industry. She has an impressive Portfolio of projects spanning the globe from Europe and the Middle East to the Far East.
She has teamed up with Ian to enhance the Procurement process. Her strengths bring a design eye to the co-ordination and collaboration between the designer and manufacturing process. This helps to maintain the integrity of the initial concepts and supports the designer throughout the project.
Her vast experience in the (FF&E) industry brings an advantage and valuable resource to the team. (Furniture, Lighting, Fixtures, Finishes, Fabrics, Carpets, Artwork and Accessories.)
